Where do I start? Introduction to Pickleball!
Pickleball is a great sport and even better when you feel confident on the court.
The Cochrane Pickleball Club offers a FREE 2-hour Introduction to Pickleball lesson to its members!
During the lesson, you’ll learn pickleball rules, strokes (volley and groundstroke), the way a rally is built (i.e. serve, return, third shot) and how to start and play a game including how to score. We will cover safety and how to reduce risk of injury, talk about equipment needed (we have loaner paddles for intro lessons if needed) as well as a breakdown of how the club play offerings work and how you’ll begin joining club activities. Best of all you’ll meet other new players and have a lot of fun learning together!
